It’s a perfect combination, really: watching some flicks under the stars, and soaking in some live music in the summer eve.
The City of Unley has you covered – it’s series of just that combo returns, starting this Friday 20 November, and running through til March 2016.
This Friday it’s all happening at Unley Oval and from 6pm you’ll find food and a whole whack of family fun, including face painting, cubby building, bubble soccer, a tinker table and more.
Enjoy the friendly vibes of some solo sets by Adelaide musicians Dusty Stephensen (from SA Music Award-winning act SKIES and Wasted Wanderers) and Sasha March, followed by a screening of ‘Big Hero 6’ (PG) at sunset.
Did we mention it’s all FREE?
Other live acts coming up in future editions are Kelly Menhennett, Maggie Rutjens, Abbey Howlett, Kaurna Cronin, Sam Brittain and Louis Donnarumma. A sweet lineup if ever we’ve seen one!
