Adelaide gents The Winter Gypsy are launching their EP ‘Page I’ Sunday 4 September at The Jade. Took Me By is such a gorgeous drifter of a track, progressing through ambience to defiance and charactarised by delicate vocals and a strong pulse. Its deliciously reverberous and subtle electric guitar riffs magnetise to the folky environment in which the song exists, meshing genres with effortless ease. We can’t get enough of this one, and it’s been soo great to see how well everyone in medialand has been taking to it also!
