Music SA, MDO, Musitec and Sounds Australia are delighted to announce a rare opportunity for musicians wanting to export their music overseas. Sounds Australia will visit Adelaide in late July for their Thinking Global National Tour – including an export master class on Tuesday 28th July and one on one meetings on Wednesday 29th July.

Sounds Australia’s Executive Music Producer Millie Millgate and Export Music Producer Glenn Dickie will give an update on Sounds Australia activity and discuss the ins and outs of what it is to be “Export Ready”. This will include the differences between market events, what it takes to have cut through and debate the pros and cons of using one of the many international music conferences around the world to infiltrate international markets. The sessions will include comments and discussions with artists and managers who have experienced it firsthand.

Panelists also include:

  • Nicola Kelly – Trade Start
  • Vanessa Picken – Comes With Fries Digital Agency
  • Craig Lock – Five Four Entertainment
  • Miles Wilson – Bad//Dreems
  • David Grice – Musitec
