The Adelaide College of the Arts loves music – they’re back with another offer to give bands a great opportunity for adding to their multimedia content, while giving their students the chance to learn in a hands-on situation at the same time.

Bands are invited to express their interest in putting on a live show while the AC Arts students film and record. You’ll get a free multi track audio recording, a 2 track mix of the gig on CD so you can listen to it immediately, plus mixed vision of the gig with audio and vision from the various camera angles on the night – often up to 4 cameras!

The gig has full production including full mic up, Front of House mixing and onstage Foldback mixing and a professional lighting setup. This gives the students the chance to manage and mix a real band in a “real world” scenario.

Four dates are available – 22 July, 29 July, 5 August, 12 August – with the show running 7-7:45pm (not including sound check etc).
