Alternative Punk/Rap band with influences ranging from Funk, Punk, Rock and everything in between. However it was the love of hip hop that brought the members together to start a full band project drawing on there own personal influences to create a unique flavor that is the The Real Mac.
Just like the mixture of rolling hills, lush wineries and endless beaches, The Real Mac are a genre-defying blend of everything there is to like about modern music. Uniting the strongest aspects of Australian rap, with early 00s nu-metal and strong roots in funk and punk rock, The Real Mac are a captivating burst of live energy and color. Led by front men Just Mac and Benny Levels, the music is a true expression of the personalities of the band. Easy going, infectious and incredibly likeable, and a bit of a party all rolled in one.
The band have forged their own path by recording and releasing music under there own home made Roach City Records.
