Samantha Edge
| Samantha Edge is a 25 year old Adelaide born singer, songwriter and pianist. Her musical influences range from Missy Higgins, Colbie Caillat and Taylor Swift, to Kate Miller-Heidke and Paramore and Samantha’s musical style is Pop.
She studied music throughout her schooling and completed an additional TAFE course in 2009. Since then she has been performing around South Australia at venues including The Duke of York, Higher Ground, Second Floor Lounge, The promethean, The Grand Chancellor on Hindley and The Adelaide Casino. She also performs at private functions, council events and in her spare time she busks. While Samantha has had experience performing with bands, she has found her passion lies in solo performance, sharing her music in its purest form. She has released four CDs. Her debut original EP ‘What you wanted’ which was released on the 18th of November, 2011, her first covers album, aptly titled ‘Covers Album’, which was released on the 26th of December, 2012, her second covers album, ‘The Winter Sessions’, which was released on the 28th of November, 2014 and her debut original Album ‘Moments’ which was released on the 30th of January, 2016. |
