ElizapaloozaElizapalooza Music Festival Northern Sound System will play host to the inaugural Elizapalooza Music Festival on the 25th of October, 2008.
The Getaway Plan will be headlining the outdoor stage with main support act The Funkoars , and a total of four stages will be operating throughout the Saturday.
The indoor metal stage will be headlined by Adelaide acts Abandon All Hope and Bloodsport with Victorian act The Rose Line as support.
Event Manager Travis Renshaw says that "we are very excited to announce the headliners; they will help to create a high quality music event, not yet seen in Adelaide's northern suburbs".
In addition to the two major stages, will be the 'LOCO' stage that will feature local bands in between the main stage sets. The fourth stage is the Dance/Electronica/Hip Hop stage which will complete the festival vibe that Elizapalooza will offer. These acts are still to be confirmed.
Tickets will be available through Venuetix™ from September 15th at $35 + bf (Pre-Sale) or $40 + bf (at the door).
It is an all ages, fully licensed event, with gates opening at 12pm and the final act finishing at approximately 11:30pm. Tickets will be available for $25 from the NSS for people on the NSS mailing database.
Elizapalooza Band Manager Scott McClarty says "the objective was to keep prices low but maintain quality and we believe this has been achieved. It will be an event people of the north and all of Adelaide will want to attend."
